Open registration for your teams

This is step 12 of the setup checklist. One page shows everything that stops a team opening, with a button that fixes each item.

Open your teams

1. Select Open registration on the checklist.
2. Under Before your first team opens, fix each item that is missing. Your first team opens when:
   • your payment account is connected;
   • a Chair, a Secretary, a Treasurer and a Welfare Officer are each members or invited;
   • your club has a badge.
3. Under the list of teams, each team shows Ready, or what it is missing. Select the link to fix it.
4. Select Open registration for your ready teams.

Share your links

Sideline then shows Share your registration links. Each open team has a link for parents, with Copy, a QR code and Download QR code. There is also one link for coaches.

When your first team opens, setup mode ends.

Common questions

Why is a team not ready?

A team needs a plan, a head coach with full details, and an affiliation number or a record that it affiliates later. The row says which is missing.

Can I open one team at a time?

Yes. Open a team from its own page, or open them all together here.
