Confirm or reject registrations on your phone

You can confirm registrations on your phone, away from a laptop. The phone uses the same checks and sends the same emails as the full site.

Before you start

You need the Enter teams into seasons and approve registrations permission. The club owner can give it to you.

To open the club app from the full site, select App at the top of the screen.

Confirm one registration

  1. In the club app, select Inbox, then To do.
  2. Select Registrations to confirm. The oldest registration is first.
  3. To see one team only, select the team at the top of the list.
  4. Select a player. Check the photo, the proof of identity, the date of birth and the fee.
  5. Select Confirm registration when the player is registered on the FA Club Portal.

The list opens again, and a message says if the family got an email.

Reject a registration

  1. Select the player in Registrations to confirm.
  2. Select Reject.
  3. Type your reason in the Reason box. The family sees it.
  4. Select Reject registration.

Confirm several registrations at one time

  1. In Registrations to confirm, tick the box at the start of each row you want.
  2. Select Confirm 3 selected. The number is how many you ticked.

The next screen says how many registrations the app confirmed, why it did not confirm any others, and when the emails go. The emails wait 10 minutes.

If you confirmed the wrong players, select Undo on that screen. If you undo before the emails go, nobody gets an email.

Common questions

Why does a player have no Confirm registration button on my phone?

The app thinks the player may be registered twice. Select Open in full site and check the player there before you confirm.

Can I block a registration on my phone?

No. To ask a parent for a new photo or proof of identity, use the full site. See Approve a registration.

Why is there no tick box next to a player?

The player may be registered twice. Check the player in the full site.
